How to Hire St. Mary's Arts Centre

Prices: The attendance of the Front of House Manager at a fee of £60 per event is a requirement of the Sandwich St Mary's Community Trust in order to facilitate and oversee events.

Charges - Year-round, inclusive of heating, lighting and use of all facilities
Public Ticketed Event (full day) - Monday to Thursday £155
Public Ticketed Event (full day) - Friday to Sunday £170
Private Function (full day) - Monday to Thursday £120
Private Function (full day) - Friday to Sunday £150
Wedding Receptions: (full day - Mon to Sun) £230
Extra Half Day Setup Hire – For meetings, seminars etc. maximum of 4 hours (the day before or clearing up the day after) Plus The Full Day Hire Fee. £30

Extra Half Day Setup Hire - For setting up - Wedding Receptions, Parties, Concerts etc(the day before or clearing up the day after)

Bookings are in blocks of four hours (e.g. 08.00 to 12.00; 13.00 to 17.00; 18:00 22:00)

1 block £50; Two blocks £100; Three blocks £150 Plus the Full Day Hire Fee
