    Hire Tariff:

    The attendance of the Front of House Manager at a fee of £75 per event is a requirement of the Sandwich St Mary’s Community Trust in order to facilitate and oversee the events.

    Charges – Year-round, inclusive of heating, lighting and use of all facilities

    • Public Ticketed Event (full day) – Monday to Thursday £200
    • Public Ticketed Event (full day) – Friday to Sunday £225
    • Private Function (full day) – Monday to Thursday £200
    • Private Function (full day) – Friday to Sunday £225
    • Wedding Receptions: (full day – Mon to Sun) £600
    • Extra Half Day Setup Hire – For meetings, seminars etc. Wedding Receptions, Parties, Concerts, Meetings, Seminars etc – maximum of 4 hours (the day before or clearing up the day after) Plus The Full Day Hire Fee.

    The Venue is NOT Suitable for Loud Amplified Music
